Peduto: Time To End 'Pay-To-Play' City Politics (KDKA Pittsburgh)

Pittsburgh City Councilman Bill Peduto says it's time for the city to end pay-to-play politics. So he wants City Council to vote on several new bills to curb the practice. It comes at a time when the controversy has become part of the campaign for mayor.
