Weather Service issues flash flood watch (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)

Several counties in the Metro region are under a flash flood watch that extends into Wednesday. The National Weather Service said Tuesday afternoon that saturated parts of the region are likely to get more rain as a new storm system moves through overnight.
