This is really getting into the nuts and bolts of what federal mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac plan to do for struggling borrowers. I figure somebody out there is obsessed enough to read the Federal Housing Finance Agency (Fannie and Freddie's new boss) first report to Congress today. It's just seven pages.
